My name is Claire Tutton, and I founded and established  CJT HOME CARE SERVICES in June 2006,in the uk an exclusive Geriatric Home Nursing Service in the north Costa Blanca region of Spain. After relocating my business from the UK to Jávea in April 2017, I now specialize in providing medical, surgical nursing care and post-operative care for elderly clients.

I provide care for clients with a wide range of conditions, including Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), strokes, and other geriatric health concerns. My services are available to residents in Jávea and the surrounding villages.

What Makes My Service Exclusive?
I limit my client list to no more than 10 individuals at any one time. This approach ensures I can dedicate the necessary time, attention, and personalized care that every client deserves.

My Background:
I have over two decades of experience in geriatric care, including 12 years working for the Wiltshire NHS Trust, where I gained invaluable expertise on geriatric wards.

I began my nursing career at Stratton Geriatric Community Hospital, where I developed a strong foundation in elderly care. I continued my training at Swindon General Hospital, earning City & Guilds National Vocational Qualifications Levels 1–4 in Auxiliary Nursing.

During my time with the Wiltshire NHS Trust, I cared for elderly patients with complex medical and surgical needs, gaining hands-on experience and insight into the challenges faced by older adults and their families.

In June 2007, I established CJT Home Care Services, driven by my passion for providing:

• Comprehensive medical and surgical nursing care.

• Post-operative care and recovery support.

• Individualized, flexible home care plans to meet each client’s unique needs.
